中文摘要:使用NCEP 1°×1°再分析资料和地面降水量资料,对2013年7月2—4日东北冷涡引发的黑龙江省暴雨天气进行了分析。结果表明:1)在东北冷涡影响期间,黑龙江省逐小时雨量大都小于10 mm,但持续时间长,累积雨量大,中西部地区出现大范围暴雨天气。2)东北冷涡发展期,强上升运动与下沉运动的耦合,为暴雨提供了很好动力条件。3)从黄海、日本海到黑龙江省的低空急流为暴雨提供了充足水汽和能量,强降雨区水汽通量达到8 g·s-1·cm-1·hPa-1,水汽辐合强于2×10-5g·s-1·cm-2·hPa-1,850 hPa的θse高于332 K。4)湿位涡变化显示,冷涡影响期间,降雨区上空有对流不稳定条件,有利于强降雨发生。正MPV1位涡舌从对流层高层下伸、东移与暴雨落区东移相吻合;东北冷涡发展期的大气斜压性强,降雨强。维持期、减弱期大气斜压性弱,降雨弱。对流层低层MPV2小于-0.2 PVU区域易出现强降雨。

Weather Analysis of the Northeast Cold Vortex Rainstorm During July 2—4, 2013
Abstract:Based on the NCEP 1°×1°reanalysis data and surface precipitation data,the rainstorm occurred in Heilongjiang province on July 2—4,2013 is analyzed.The results are as follows.1)The hour rainfall in Heilongjiang province is mostly less than 10 mm during the influence of northeast cold vortex,but rainfall lasted for a long time,and the cumulative rainfall is more,and the midwest of Heilongjiang province appears rainstorm.2)Strong upward flows and downward flows in the developing stage of northeast cold vortex are the main dynamic factors for rainstorm.3)The low level jet stream from the Yellow Sea and Japan Sea to Heilongjiang province provide sufficient water vapor and energy,and the water vapor flux is higher than 8 g·s-1·cm-1·hPa-1,water vapor convergence is stronger than 2×10-5 g·s-1·cm-2·hPa-1, θse at 850 hPa is higher than 332 K on heavy rainfall area.4)The moist potential vorticity (MPV) change indicate that the upper layer of rainfall area has the convective instability condition,which is advantageous to the heavy rainfall occurrence during the influence of cold vortex.The tongue of positive MPV1 shifted downward vertically and moved eastward at the same time,corresponding to the move of rainstorm area.When the atmospheric inclined pressure is strong in developing stage of northeast cold vortex,rainfall is strong.When atmospheric inclined pressure is weak in maintenance and weakening stage of northeast cold vortex,rainfall is weak.Region MPV2<-0.2 PVU in the lower troposphere often occur rainstorm.
